Nutter Butter Peanut Butter Chocolate Bark—absolutely amazing!

I originally planned to save this recipe for the holiday season—the stretch from just before Thanksgiving through the day before Christmas, when baking fills the kitchen and we set diet talk aside. Still, this bark is so easy and crowd-pleasing that it’s worth sharing now.

Holiday food brings people together, whether served at the table or wrapped up as a thoughtful gift. Homemade treats are affordable, delicious, and personal—perfect for neighbors, coworkers, and friends.
Food gifts show you took time and care. They’re also fun to make: you can keep a few pieces for yourself while packaging the rest to share.

Bark is one of the simplest edible gifts to prepare and always well received. This version combines crunchy Nutter Butter minis, creamy peanut butter chips, and smooth chocolate for a sweet-and-salty bite.

Nutter Butter Peanut Butter Chocolate Bark
Ingredients
- 10–12 ounces chocolate almond bark or candy melts
- 1–1 1/2 cups Nutter Butter bites (mini cookies)
- 1/2 cup peanut butter chips
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate according to package directions; a double boiler works well and helps prevent scorching.
- Line a baking tray with parchment and arrange the Nutter Butter bites close together, reserving a few for topping.
- Stir the peanut butter chips into the melted chocolate just before pouring. Immediately pour the chocolate mixture over the arranged cookies and press the reserved cookies on top to garnish.
- Allow the bark to cool completely and set before cutting to the desired size.
