This 3-ingredient No Churn Cookies and Cream Ice Cream is incredibly simple to make. It takes about 10 minutes to prepare, then you pop it in the freezer. The result is ultra-creamy ice cream with a rich, satisfying flavor — a recipe you’ll return to again and again.

I often make ice cream with my ice cream maker, but not everyone has one. That’s why I created a collection of easy no-churn recipes, starting with this classic Cookies and Cream version that delivers great texture and flavor without any special equipment.

INGREDIENTS

  • Heavy whipping cream
  • Sweetened condensed milk
  • Oreo cookies (not double stuffed)

How to make this super creamy & delicious ice cream…

  1. Pour heavy whipping cream into a large mixing bowl. Using the whisk attachment on a stand mixer or a hand mixer, beat the cream on high until it thickens and forms soft peaks.
  2. On low speed or with a spatula, gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk, a small amount of vanilla, and the coarsely chopped Oreo cookies. Mix just until combined — avoid overmixing so the whipped texture is preserved.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan or airtight container. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and foil (or use a lid) and freeze for about 6 hours, or until firm but still creamy.
