Christmas Lasagna Dessert Recipe – a creamy, layered festive dessert that’s perfect for holiday gatherings.
This summer I shared a Lemon Lasagna dessert that became a hit, so I decided to create a Christmas version. This no-bake treat layers peppermint and white chocolate puddings with whipped cream, then finishes with a snowy top and festive candies.
Creamy layers, easy preparation, and the ability to make it ahead make this a great choice for parties or family dinners. The bright red and green layers give a classic holiday look without complicated baking.

You can vary the base depending on how much effort or how festive you want it to be. I used Golden Oreos for a simple, buttery crust, but you could swap in a red velvet brownie, crushed red cookies, or another cookie crust if you prefer a red base.
Rather than coloring the crust, I kept the base neutral and tinted the pudding layers with red and green food coloring. The white chocolate layer combines instant white chocolate pudding with whipped cream to create a thicker, creamier filling that holds its shape.

The green layer is vanilla pudding flavored with peppermint extract and folded with whipped cream for a smooth, minty layer. Finish with another layer of whipped cream and sprinkle mini red and green M&Ms or festive sprinkles on top for a holiday touch.
I love peppermint in winter desserts, so adding peppermint extract to the green layer felt essential. If you enjoy peppermint desserts, you’ll appreciate the cool contrast it brings to the sweet white chocolate layer.

This recipe uses homemade whipped cream — simply whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until thick — but you can substitute stabilized whipped cream or cool whip if you want an even easier shortcut.
While Christmas often centers on cookies, this lasagna dessert offers something different and visually impressive. The colorful layers make a striking presentation, and it’s easy to prepare ahead so you can relax on the day of your event.
